Warhammer+ is looming large on the horizon. This new all-access service for Warhammer fans launches on Wednesday the 25th of August, and it comes with a whole host of perks like magnificent shows, premium access to apps for Warhammer 40,000 and Warhammer Age of Sigmar, and loads more. You even get an exclusive free miniature if you stay subscribed for 12 consecutive months.
We have to say we’re particularly excited about the incredibly cool slate of original Warhammer animations on the way.
You’ve already seen some spectacular clips and even the first seven minutes of Angels of Death. And now there’s more. This weekend, for 24 hours only from 12pm BST on Saturday the 21st of August, you can watch an entire episode of Hammer and Bolter for free.
Hammer and Bolter is an animated anthology show telling a wide variety of Warhammer stories, each self-contained in a single episode. Find out what the screenwriters had to say about bringing these tales to life.
The free episode is called Old Bale Eye, and it focuses on one of the most storied heroes in all of Warhammer 40,000 – Commissar Yarrick himself, facing off against Orks, naturally. What’s more, this episode lets you get into the mind of the Orks, as it’s told from the greenskins’ perspective.
Here’s a few pics of what’s to come – and we hope you agree – it’s looking ace!
But remember, the free episode is only available for 24 hours. You can watch Old Bale Eye again (and lots more besides) by subscribing to Warhammer+ when it launches on the 25th of August.
In the meantime, why not sign up to the Warhammer+ newsletter to keep updated with all the latest Warhammer+ news.
