Warhammer Events are back for another month of awesome ways to engage with your fellow hobbyists, beginning with the latest bout of Organised Play coming to a store near you.
Kill Team Organised Play kits are now in your local Warhammer stores and many independent hobby stores too– ask the manager if they have their kit yet. This is your chance to earn glory, trophies, and some extra bits of swag by taking part in local events. Kill Team: Into the Dark has shaken up the skirmish scene, and the best way to hone your space hulk survival skills is to get stuck into some in-person tabletop action.
Organised Play participants may even win one of the coveted Golden Tickets to the US Open 2022 Grand Finale extravaganza. Speaking of which…
October also hosts two of the biggest Warhammer tournaments left on the calendar. The US Open Chicago and US Open Kansas City bookend the month ahead of a climactic, once-in-a-lifetime Grand Narrative Finale in New Mexico.
Alongside a fantastic weekend of action-packed games – with golden tickets to the Grand Finale up for grabs – attendees can book spaces at a wide variety of hobby classes focusing on specific aspects of the Warhammer hobby. Classes are suitable for all skill levels, and promise to take your hobby game to soaring new heights.
Tickets are still available for all three events, which promise an unforgettable weekend packed with Warhammer goodness. Attendees at US Open Chicago can look forward to an intense three-day Warhammer: The Horus Heresy narrative event over six rounds of epic gaming, while US Open Kansas City hits the astrogranite with a Blood Bowl tournament played across two action-packed days – including access to a quickfire Blood Bowl Sevens tournament on Friday night.
Finally, a unique and immersive hobby weekend of titanic proportions awaits at the Grand Narrative Finale. Among many other incredibly cool events and activities over the course of these three days, you’ll build and paint your very own Forge World Warhound Titan, with hours of tuition in advanced techniques from airbrushing to freehand details. You’ll even get to keep it – a truly legendary memento of the greatest Warhammer hobby weekend ever.
Meanwhile, Warhammer World is getting ready to ring in the new year. Tickets are on sale for the first events of next year from the 3rd of October.
Play four nail-biting games in a one-day blitz of competitive Warhammer Underworlds, vying for the Mini Clash trophy both in battle and by showing off your hobby skills in the painting competition.
Prepare for take-off on an action-packed day of dogfights, dive-bombing, and derring-do as the best Aeronautica Imperialis players around converge on the Warhammer World Aerial Engagement. Flying goggles are not required, but highly recommended.
Part two of September’s exciting Crusade event is coming this January. Players will traverse a treacherous two-day campaign across five Narrative Play games as they tussle with fellow explorers to secure valuable Necron artefacts. Forces start at 50 Power Level and will increase as players unearth powerful xenotech.
Invite your closest ally and pit the might of two 1,000 point armies against all comers in the latest Warhammer Age of Sigmar tournament event. Prizes are awarded for great sportsmanship and painting prowess as well as strength of arms, so muster your finest troops for five intense games over two days as the Mortal Realms’ mightiest duos duke it out.
Grab your tickets for the US Open 2022 events now to experience the best weekend Warhammer has to offer, and stay tuned in October to find out when you can reserve your place at one of the upcoming activities at Warhammer World.
