Cast Your Vote Today To Crown the Black Library Book of the Year

This year’s Black Library Celebration is in full swing, and World Book Day is just around the corner. And with glorious new books paving the way for a bright literary future we’ve begun to look back on the last 12 months of cracking Black Library releases.

Some all-time bangers came out between February 2022 and January 2023, and we want to know which tale was your favourite*. We know it's a tough decision to make too, with exciting stories from all of the rich worlds of Warhammer to choose from.

The seed that began with Kragnos: Avatar of Destruction and Sigismund: The Eternal Crusader blossomed into another fine year for Warhammer novels, with two golden Primarchs telling their tales in Sanguinius: The Great Angel and Rogal Dorn: The Emperor’s Crusader. Plus, a duo of new champions rose from the Mortal Realms in The Arkanaut’s Oath and The Hollow King.**

Will Grombrindal reign supreme with Chronicles of the Wanderer? Does the tale of two assassins upending a Knight World succession crisis in Assassinorum: Kingmaker call for your vote? Perhaps star-studded anthologies from the cream of the Black Library crop can carry the day, like Inferno! Presents: The Emperor’s Finest and The Successors

Who can forget Sanguinius’ epic stand in Echoes of Eternity, or the terrifying tale of Gothghul Hollow from the crypts of Warhammer Horror? There are a breathtaking number of amazing books to choose from, so pick your favourite wisely.
