May has arrived – which means there’s an all-new Miniature of a Month you’ll be able to pick up from Warhammer stores worldwide.
This month’s free in-store miniature is an Arbitrator of the Adeptus Arbites, a merciless officer who upholds the Imperial Law with an iron fist, heavy firepower, and a bad attitude.
You can find out how to get yours by speaking to a staff member at your local Warhammer store from the 13th of May, while stocks last.
While you’re in the store, take advantage of of the Pick ‘n’ Mix paint set offer to paint your Arbitrator in colours befitting their Imperial mandate. Pick 10 paints, and you’ll get the most expensive one for free.
To help you out, the Warhammer Painting Team have produced a video tutorial that will help you get your miniature ready in just 10 paints. To follow along, you’ll need Catachan Flesh, Leadbelcher, Retributor Armour, Runelord Brass, Basilicanum Grey, Black Templar, Flesh Tearers Red, Russ Grey, Reikland Fleshshade, and Nuln Oil.
This month’s collectable coin has been made to commemorate the destruction of the Gallowdark in the final Kill Team expansion, Gallowfall – which goes on pre-order this week. The space hulk itself was a horrible amalgamation of twisted ships, but it gave us some awesome great games of Kill Team. The coin will be available from the 6th of May – just ask your local store staff how you can get one (while stocks last).
If this is your sixth different collectable coin, you’ll be entitled to a free album to store all of them in, also available while stocks last.
While you’re popping into a Warhammer store for your miniature of the month or collectable coin, why not take the opportunity to introduce your friends and family to the Warhammer hobby?
They’ll be able to choose a free miniature – either a Space Marine or Stormcast Eternal – and they can then learn how to paint it, and even play their first game of Warhammer 40,000 or Warhammer Age of Sigmar.
New hobbyists can get involved with the Battle Honours Programme through a series of fun activities that focus on the five key areas of the Warhammer hobby – Collect, Build, Paint, Play, and Read. Check out how you can get involved right here.
Last but not least, check out the store finder below to find out when your local store is celebrating its birthday. If they are, you’ll be able to get an exclusive anniversary miniature and a bunch of Warhammer swag when you visit – just ask the staff how.
