Saturday Pre-orders – Leagues of Votann vs Beastmen in Kill Team: Gallowdark

The climactic final episode of this season of Kill Team comes to pre-order this week, joined by five useful decks of cards for Adeptus Titanicus, and a trio of Blood Bowl Star Players.

Kill Team: Gallowfall

We’ve spent a year looting the cabins and bays of the Gallowdark across three gigantic boxed sets, six diverse kill teams, and almost a literal ton of incredible baroque space hulk terrain. If anything, our heroes have plundered too hard – because now this ancient spacecraft is crippled and tumbling towards the ground. But there’s time for one last hurrah, this time with Hearthkyn Salvagers from the Leagues of Votann, who are embarked on a desperate quest to rescue long-stranded Ironkin from the clutches of the Gallowdark’s native Beastmen.

This set contains 20 miniatures – 10 all-new beastly gentlemen of the Fellgor Ravagers, and 10 Hearthkyn with a generous upgrade sprue to make all sorts of deadly specialists.

On top of that, you get a 120-page manual containing loads of lore, full rules for both kill teams, and nine missions themed around a smash’n’grab raid – and a rapid escape. Then there’s a full set of Gallowdark terrain, supplemented by all-new terrain pieces such as escape pods, stasis pods, and medical equipment, plus a game board, and a Leagues of Votann transfer sheet to boot.

Kill Team: Exaction Squad

GWPreorders May06 Arbites

The Adeptus Arbites are the Imperium’s top cops, and when the High Lords of Terra really want someone apprehended, they turn to the Exaction Squads. These are impossibly severe squads of Arbites with specialist training, sophisticated equipment, and enough muscle to rumble with the galaxy’s most wanted.

This very flexible kit can actually build three types of squad, each with 10 officers and a faithful Cyber-mastiff. The specialists of the Exaction Squad will excel in your games of Kill Team, but you can also bring them to the battlefields of Warhammer 40,000 with the free Imperial Agents rules – as well as the shield-and-maul-armed Subductors and the shotgun-toting Vigilants.

Killzone Upgrade: Soulshackle

GWPreorders May06 SoulshakleTerrain

The Soulshackle upgrade set includes all the unique terrain from the previous Kill Team boxed set, designed for the rules and missions in the Kill Team: Soulshackle book – as well as the Warhammer 40,000 Breaching Operation missions from Arks of Omen: The Lion. That means four breach points – with pop-out damaged walls – and four hatchway jammers, plus nine additional terrain elements themed around central command points, like a holoith dais, augur displays, and control lecterns.

This pair of tricksy Skink Star Players can cause havoc on the astrogranite, with a variety of dirty tricks including Stab and Dirty Player. They can sign on for teams of the Lustrian Superleague, and you can acquire them in a double pack of two resin miniatures from Forge World.

Withergrasp Doubledrool

GWPreorders May06 Withergrasp

This week’s saliva-y theme in Blood Bowl continues with Withergrasp Doubledrool, a classic bestial Star Player with two heads. He can bring his multiple mutations to any Favoured of… team, and will be available in Forge World resin.
