After Tiny Horus Heresy in Legions Imperialis, JOYTOY Bring The Age Of Darkness to a Much Bigger Scale

First we brought you Horus Heresy models for the tabletop. Then we made tiny Horus Heresy models, coming soon with Legions Imperialis. Where next to take the Age of Darkness?

The Horus Heresy was a brutal, messy affair – seven years of galactic civil war, the Imperium torn asunder by traitors, brother fighting brother, hundreds of worlds burned to a crisp as the Warmaster carved a bloody path to Terra.

It’s an incredibly popular setting for Warhammer fans, a slice of strife that spawned an awarding-winning series of novels – a staggering 60 books and counting. Horus Heresy: The Age of Darkness launched last year, bringing the iconic MkVI armour back to plastic, alongside dozens of massive tanks. More recently, we revealed Legions Imperialis, bringing the immense carnage of the Heresy to a more epic scale.

But what about the opposite? What about massive Horus Heresy? Imagine it – a giant model Space Marine of the Legiones Astartes, with poseable arms and swappable weapons and all that. Glorious! Our partners over at JOYTOY have heard our cries.

It’s a little too early to say exactly what they’re cooking up – but in the 41st Millennium they have upscaled everything from Intercessors to Blade Guard Veterans, through Outriders, Redemptor Dreadnoughts and even Roboute Guilliman himself. They’ve dabbled beyond the Space Marine Chapters with Necron Immortals, Chaos Terminators, T’au Crisis Suits, and more.

These are 1:18 scale action figures of your favourite Warhammer miniatures. They feature advanced articulation, and are pre-painted to look fantastic on your shelf.

And with the Horus Heresy coming to epic scale, you’ll soon have three different sizes of ancient power armour in your display cabinet.

Stay tuned to Warhammer Community for further updates on the Horus Heresy, JOYTOY, and Space Marines in general – whom we can all agree are pretty neat at whatever size.
