The Mortal Realms are shaking with the thunderous footfalls of innumerable Ardboys, accompanied by the rumbling bellow of an awoken king. Trugg the Troggoth King has been roused, and his rampage is on a collision course with the Twin-Tailed Crusade in the next Dawnbringers book – can the Cities of Sigmar withstand the attack of two lumbering lieges?
Dawnbringers: Book II – Reign of the Brute
The latest major narrative for Warhammer Age of Sigmar continues in Reign of the Brute, as the Twin-Tailed Crusade continues its marches across Ghyran and Aqshy. Little do they know – not only has Trugg come out from his cave, but King Brodd of the Sons of Behemat also has a bone to pick with Sigmar, and even the Castelite formations may struggle to defend against attacks from forces 10 times their size.
This new supplement contains the next chapter in the Dawnbringers story, as well as rules for four new Armies of Renown and a Path to Glory campaign with branching paths, awesome rewards, and the ability to continue your progress in the next Dawnbringers book.
Dawnbringers: Book II – Reign of the Brute (Limited Edition)
Yeah, the regular version is great, but is it fit for a king? If you want the royal treatment, you need the Limited Edition version of Dawnbringers: Book II – Reign of the Brute.
This glorious tome features a soft-touch full-art cover, showing off Trugg in all his regal glory, with gold foil lettering, a turquoise ribbon page marker, and gilt page edges. This spectacular collector’s piece is limited to just 300 individually numbered copies, so you can be sure you’re getting something as rare and refined as the Troggoth King himself.
Trugg’s Great Troggherd
Trugg isn’t marching to war on his own, no matter how bad his magical headaches are. Around him he assembles a mighty horde of troggoths as his royal court, who are only too happy to smash things up alongside their irritable monarch.
Inside Trugg’s Great Troggherd you get the king himself alongside six Rockgut Troggoths. Rules for Trugg’s Army of Renown can be found in Dawnbringers: Book II, letting you field the entire group as the core of a mighty troggoth army.
Rabble-Rowza
Somebody had to wake the great king up, and Rabble-Rowzas are the undisputed masters of riling subterranean monsters. These crazed grots are bestowed with magically enhanced voices, screaming “wakey, wakey” at ear-bursting volume and driving ostensibly friendly monsters into a frenzy of violence.
This multi-part plastic kit builds one Rabble-Rowza – previously only available in the Braggit’s Bottle-snatchaz boxed set – a hero and leader for Gloomspite Gitz armies.
Vanguard: Orruk Warclans
Not all orruks prefer an in-your-face charge across open ground – the Kruleboyz are much more likely to sneak up at night and jab you in your sleep. Nevertheless, they’re still a potent force on the battlefield, and the new Vanguard: Orruk Warclans gives you plenty to start your own army.
This set is led by a Killaboss on Great Gnashtoof, and comprises one Murknob with Belcha-banna, one Beast-skewer Killbow, three Man-skewer Boltboyz, and 10 Gutrippaz – a highly diverse force that can tackle powerful enemies both at range and up close. It’s the perfect start to an Orruk Warclans army, and fields a force of roughly 500 points for easy introductory games.
Zoggrok Anvilsmasha
Someone has to make all of the thick armour and crude blades used by the Ironjawz, and Zoggrok Anvilsmasha is one of the best orruk smiths in the business. His talents lie both in sprucing up the weapons of his fellow Ironjawz, and also smashing enemy ward shields to pieces with his enchanted blade.
You also get Klonk, his dutiful rockbrow squig and part-time anvil, who is worth the cost of admission alone.
Tuskboss on Maw-grunta
Most orruks are perfectly fine charging into battle on foot, but some crave the destructive might of a well-placed charge atop powerful beasts. Maw-gruntas are perfect for this purpose, being massive, ornery animals with enormous tusks and bad attitudes, and those who take up command from the back of such mighty steeds are often known as Tuskbosses.
This huge multi-part plastic kit can alternatively be built as your choice of a Maw-grunta Gouger or a Maw-grunta with Hakkin’ Krew.
When led by a Tuskboss, entire units of Maw-grunta Gougers can be taken as a Battleline choice. All three units are powerful close combat fighters in their own right, and get steadily stronger as they run and charge their way around the board, turn after turn.
Ardboy Big Boss
Prefer some good old-fashioned chopping from the comfort of terra firma? The Ardboy Big Boss agrees, and takes to the field with a pair of brutally simple weapons capable of cutting down enemy elites with ease. Their true value lies in their ability to Rally two units of Ardboys per turn, making them the lynchpin that holds your Waaagh! together when the going gets tough.
Orruk Ardboys
Ardboys are the heart and soul of an Ironjawz Waaagh!, charging headlong into the fight with crude weapons swinging and heavy armour deflecting harm. This awesome update to the Ardboys unit includes brand new weapon options for your Battleline foot soldiers, allowing them to be equipped with Stikkas for the first time, while the Shield Bash skill uses the jagged edges of their shields to deal mortal damage to the unaware.
Each box contains 10 multi-part plastic Ardboys, with enough parts to build all 10 with either Choppas or Stikkas, plus a variety of extra heads and weapons to equip one model as a Champion and another as a Standard Bearer.
Weirdbrute Wrekkaz
Some orruks are affected more keenly by the power of the Waaagh!, and when its grip ravages their minds beyond the point of recovery, these unhinged berserkers are formed into units of Weirdboy Wrekkaz. Their whirling Chain-smashas carve bloody canyons through enemy ranks, while the sheer maniacal frenzy clouding their mind and leaving them inured to damage that would fell another orruk.
Not all Ironjawz who discard their armour and pick up heavy weapons are corrupted by magical energy – for the Brute Ragerz, it was damage to their pride that did them in. Orruks are known to boast with the best of them, and when one gets called out on a claim they can’t hope to back up, the shame drives them to reclaim standing by achieving ever more dangerous feats of toughness.
Each box of three miniatures can be assembled as either a unit of Weirdboy Wrekkaz or Brute Ragerz.#
Gloomspite Gitz Dice Set
The Bad Moon is watching, and it wants to see your dice rolls run as lucky as a squig-herder with all his fingers. You can help it along with the Gloomspite Gitz Dice Set, a pack of 20 yellow dice featuring black ink pips and the sigil of the Bad Moon on the six.

Yndrasta: The Celestial Spear
With a penchant for silently dropping off freshly-decapitated heads at the foot of Sigmar’s throne, Yndrasta is an intimidating enigma, and Noah Van Nguyen has taken up the challenge of exploring her unique psyche in Yndrasta: The Celestial Spear. She may be the finest beast hunter of her age, but she’ll have to learn how to rein in her ferocity when the hunt for a deadly kraken forces her to cooperate with a nomadic human tribe who are just as wary of her as they are the monster.
