With just over a week to go until Christmas, we are wrapping up and reflecting on everything that’s happened in this Warhammer-filled year. Today, we’re taking a look at what our licensed partners got up to, from huge video game releases to action figures, premium statues, and more!
Video Game Highlights
Where to begin? This was a banner year for Warhammer video games – Warhammer 40,000: Boltgun delighted fans of classic first-person shooters with its retro charms, and the recently released Warhammer 40,000: Rogue Trader provides us with a sprawling, epic RPG setting to get lost in.
Warhammer Age of Sigmar: Realms of Ruin brought the realm of Ghur to life in an action-packed RTS with recent DLC adding Yndrasta and Gobsprakk, while Blood Bowl 3 has now entered Season 3 with the release of the Shambling Undead team. Warhammer 40,000: Darktide received an overhaul of its class system and made its debut on Xbox, and it’s currently in the middle of the Traitor Curse content drop.
Officially licensed merch is available for all these titles right here.
Assassins snuck into Warhammer: 40,000 Chaos Gate, Total War: Warhammer III expanded into Immortal Empires and revealed the Chaos Dwarfs, digital card game Warhammer 40,000: Warpforge arrived on mobile and PC with a bang, and Warhammer 40,000 Tacticus kept mobile gamers entertained with a range of updates, including the just released Adeptus Mechanicus.
Warhammer, But Bigger
In the land of the real, our pals at McFarlane and JOYTOY gave you the chance to line your hobby shelves with a contingent of brilliant action figures, including Terminators, Wolfguard, and World Eaters from McFarlane, and three Primarchs, plus loads more, from JOYTOY.
We can also exclusively reveal today two new Horus Heresy figures from JOYTOY. Legion Praetor and Fafnir Rann will be available on Pre Order this Saturday on the Warhammer Merch Store.
This year, Wētā Workshop provided the absolute pinnacle of premium Warhammer collectables with their incredible 1:6 statue of Lieutenant Titus – and they’re working on Abaddon the Despoiler and Saint Celestine too.

Mountains of Merchandise
It’s probably a good time to issue a reminder that it’s the last day to get your Christmas orders in from the merch store. If you’re in the UK, you’ve got until midnight tonight!
There are also Christmas Jumpers and baubles available now, alongside gift sets for popular factions (each containing a T-shirt, poster, and mug).
So ends our year in review for all our licensed partners. There will be plenty of excellent reveals in 2024, so stay tuned to Warhammer Community for all the latest news – and sign up to the newsletter here.
