Cross Blades With Lelith Hesperax in a New Special Edition Novel from Black Library

The Drukhari city of Commorragh is without question one of the worst places in the universe – giving even the warp a run for its money – and those who thrive in its dark and treacherous streets are brought up on a diet of murder, intrigue, and more murder. This urban hellscape is what created Lelith Hesperax – the deadliest gladiator in the galaxy, and the slayer of countless souls on the grim blood sands of the Dark City’s arenas. Now Lelith is looking for another path, and a brand new novel from Mike Brooks finds her on the road with the mysterious Ynnari death cultists in Lelith Hesperax: Queen of Knives. This novel will be released first in a gorgeous Special Edition tome fit for the Queen of Knives, dripping with deadly Drukhari details.

It isn’t long into her journey away from Commorragh that Lelith narrowly dodges an assassin’s blade, and the great political games of the Dark City reel her back into the very life she was looking to escape.

Unfortunately, it’s not just any foe that’s taken their shot at the Queen and missed – all signs point back to the Living Muse himself, Asdrubael Vect, and the nominal ruler of Commorragh is only too ready to ensnare Lelith in his schemes.

This incredible Special Edition features a chilling full-art, soft-touch cover with a typically blunt quote from Hesperax in red foil lettering on the back, along with red printed page edges and a black ribbon place marker.

Each copy is signed by the author – and Mike has an excellent signature – and the inside cover is completed with a full-colour illustration of our favourite gladiatorial anti-hero.
