A cloak is a very Warhammer thing, isn’t it? A nice robe with no sleeves – but perhaps a hood – to protect you from the elements. You never see them in real life though, do you?
There’s no guarantee that this actually is a cloak, mind you. It’s probably cloth, and probably belongs to someone who’s not big on positive first impressions (or darning), but it could really be any kind of garment. Or a banner.
