McFarlane Toys are back with two new action figures to add to your growing collection. We recently saw the Ultramarines Reiver with Bolt Carbine, Ork Meganob With Shoota, Ork Meganob with Buzzsaw, Ork Big Mek, and Tyranid Genestealer (phew!) – plus three artist’s proofs – and now McFarlane Toys has cooked up two new action figures. If you're based in the US or Canada, you'll be able to place your pre-orders at GameStop on McFarlane Day – otherwise known as the 15th and 16th of October.
First off, fans of brooding corvids will (silently) rejoice as the Raven Guard are honoured with a Primaris Assault Intercessor, complete with a heavy bolt pistol and an Astartes chainsword.
Just like the tabletop version of these up-close-and-personal warriors, he also sports a pauldron-mounted tilting plate and an Indomitus Crusade emblem on his left gauntlet.
If that’s just a tad too subtle for you, and you’d prefer some smashin’, dakka, and a kustom paint job to boot, then this artist’s proof edition Meganob with Shoota is the perfect addition to your display shelf.
Presented in grey plastic, you’re free to colour this ded ’ard lad with any colours you want, from a brutal black and checkerboard Goff, to a lucky yellow Bad Moon.
The artist’s proof figures give you plenty of opportunity to customise to your heart's content, creating the figure of your dreams. For some inspiration, check out this incredible Primaris Intercessor that was painted by our very own Citadel Colour Masterclass presenter, Louise.
These two figures both sport Ultra Articulation with up to 22 moving parts for a full range of poses.
Both will be available to pre-order exclusively from Gamestop stores in North America on the 15th and the 16th of October, to tie in with McFarlane Day. They’re simply too good to stay Stateside, so expect them to arrive on Games-Workshop.com for the rest of the world in due course – keep an eye on Warhammer Community for more news on that.
