The Big Summer Preview – Wear Lieutenant Titus’ helmet

There’s been a lot of talk about large hats at the Big Summer Warhammer Preview – but we’ve been saving the biggest one until now.

This is the first ever officially licensed wearable Space Marine helmet. An incredible piece of kit, it’s styled after none other than the legendary Lieutenant Titus from Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2.

This gorgeous helmet features all the details you’d expect from a Mk X Tacticus helm, including the skull stud on the forehead to show rank, and the Lieutenant stripes.

This is the handiwork of our friends at JoyToy, who are (currently) more famous for their Warhammer action figures. They’ve pulled out all the stops on this and it’s awesome. There’s an adjustable headband so almost anyone can wear it comfortably*, and a compartment for AAA batteries to illuminate the lenses from within – this is going to look awesome on the shelf of your hobby room! There’s even room to wear earbuds, so if you fancy playing Space Marine 2 as Titus while you wear his helmet… you can. We can’t promise you’ll benefit from autosenses or improved telemetry though!

You’ll also be able to purchase it bundled with its own thematic stand – this is a fully detailed plinth that looks as if it’s right out of a cell aboard a battle barge. It includes an Ultramarines Chapter badge, a sculpted purity seal and all sorts of other details!

Better yet, this is only the first helmet planned of many! When JoyToy are ready to reveal the next one in the series, we’ll announce it here.

The Ultramarines – Lieutenant Titus’ MkX Helmet is available for pre-order right now. If you pre-order from the Warhammer Officially Licensed Merchandise Store, you will receive an exclusive T-shirt for free!

* You can see Adam wearing it in the preview show and he has a comically large bonce. It’s possible people with very small heads (mostly children and grots) might struggle but it’s very spacious inside there!
