Get ready to Return to Cadia with Warhammer TV this week

Fix bayonets readers, it’s time to make the journey back to the blasted ruins of Cadia as part of this week’s crop of Warhammer TV episodes. The headline event is animation anthology Hammer and Bolter returning to screens this week with a glossy new episode, Return to Cadia.

A squad of Cadian troopers have packed into an Arvus Lighter and made the journey to a sundered chunk of their ruined home planet. This sacred ground has been transformed into a Shrine of Martyrs, a pilgrimage destination for Cadians looking to commemorate the fallen. As the troopers explore the eerie quiet of the shrine, it’s clear that something is up. It’s not long before the squad make a grizzly discovery and realise that, rather than paying their respects to the fallen, they might join them…

To find out what happens next, you’ll need to watch Return to Cadia on Warhammer TV. Afterwards, you can tuck into an episode of Scribes and Scriveners where Deathworlder author Victoria Hayward talks about writing a novel featuring a load of grizzled Catachans and the ferocious Tyranids that are determined to eat them.

On Da Mekboy’z Workshop you can get a look behind the scenes on how the Warhammer World Exhibition Team made the towering and rickety Hel’s Claw Diorama that coincided with the launch of the latest edition of Warhammer Age of Sigmar. It’s a must watch for those who want to learn more about the unique art of building dioramas.

Finally, Battle Report is dropping a titanic episode on Friday – just a touch later than usual – as 100 Ultramarines of the 2nd Company face off against an endless swarm of Tyranid beasts from Hive Fleet Leviathan in a gruelling narrative battle featuring gallons of spilt blood and ichor. It’s well worth the wait.

You can watch all of the above as part of your Warhammer+ subscription, which also gives you access to the whole back catalogue of Warhammer TV shows. Click the button below to subscribe.
