This year's North American leg of Golden Demon is right around the corner, held once again at AdeptiCon between the 27th and the 30th of March. As the first Golden Demon event of the year, we’re expecting some astonishing works of art from the Warhammer community, and it’s always a treat to see what you’ve been working on.
If you’re planning on entering, you will need to complete the registration form by clicking the button below. This ensures the most efficient model submission process at the event, and will allow you to start admiring the other entries in the cabinets far quicker.
As per the entry guidelines for this year, we have updated our awards structure slightly. The competition now awards Notable, Commended, and Finalist pins in that order, with the Golden Demon winners being chosen from those who have achieved the level of Finalist in their respective categories.
We wanted to make sure there was no confusion for those who have previously obtained Notable, Commended or Finalist awards in the previous system. So to connote this change, we have a brand new pin design launching for the first time at AdeptiCon.
Our last Golden Demon outing at SPIEL saw the debut of a guest judge, and we are happy to announce that previous Slayer Sword winner Roman Lappat will be returning this year as guest judge for the 2025 Golden Demon season.
Now, what do we mean by season? Golden Demon consists of events in both North America and Europe, and both together comprise the 2025 season. As was the case in 2024, we can confirm that the European leg this year will take place at SPIEL Essen, running from the 23rd to the 26th of October.
