One year has flown by in the grim, dark gaming universe of Warhammer 40,000: Tacticus. This turn-based mobile tactics game has now been downloaded more than two million times, and for the past year has been busily adding iconic characters and factions at a ferocious pace.
This week you can join in with a thrilling anniversary event filled with new events, great rewards, and challenging battles. Players can start fighting the Tyranids, and prepare for the arrival of the first playable character from the new faction. The Neurothrope arrives on the 20th of August 20th, a cunning predator that suppresses and infects its victims with psychic attacks, becoming more lethal each turn if left unchecked.
The event runs from the 13th to the 19th of August, and includes:
