Rev Up Your Chainsaw With This Month’s Free Miniatures and Retail Coin

April is nearly here, and so it’s time for a new Miniature of the Month, which you’ll be able to pick up from Warhammer stores worldwide.

Next month’s free in-store miniature is a Primaris Assault Intercessor, one of the Emperor’s very own Angels of Death – just in time to celebrate The Lion returning to face off against the overwhelming forces of Chaos.

To find out how you can get yours (while stocks last) speak to a staff member at your local Warhammer store from the 1st of April – although it may vary from the one pictured here.

Take advantage of the Pick ‘n’ Mix Paint Set offer to paint your Assault Intercessor in the livery of the Dark Angels. Simply select 10 paints, and you’ll get the most expensive one for free.

The Warhammer Painting Team have even produced a tutorial video for your Assault Intercessor, which you can watch below. You’ll need  Abaddon Black, Caliban Green, Wraithbone, Rhinox Hide, Ratling Grime, Seraphim Sepia, Warpstone Glow  Leadbelcher, Mephiston Red, and Contrast Medium to follow along.

This week’s Hang out and Paint on Twitch will also be painting an Assault Intercessor in the colours of the Ultramarines to celebrate March For Macragge, so be sure to check that out if you would prefer to score points with Roboute Guilliman.

This month’s shiny collectable coin is rumoured to have been crafted thousands of years in the past by the Old Ones themselves. It is etched with the sacred visage of a Slann Starmaster, and will also be available from the 1st of April – just ask local store staff how you can get yours (while stocks last).

If it’s your sixth different collectable coin, you’ll be entitled to a free album to store all of them in, also available while stocks last.

They’ll be able to choose a free miniature – either a Space Marine or Stormcast Eternal – and they can then learn how to paint it, and even play their first game of Warhammer 40,000 or Warhammer Age of Sigmar.

New hobbyists can get involved with the Battle Honours Programme through a series of fun activities that focus on the five key areas of the Warhammer hobby – Collect, Build, Paint, Play, and Read. Check out how you can get involved right here.

Last but not least, check out the store finder below to find out when your local store is celebrating its birthday. If they are, you’ll be able to get an exclusive anniversary miniature and a bunch of Warhammer swag when you visit – just ask the staff how.
