Saturday Pre-orders: Stormcast Eternals strike from the heavens

The Sigmarabulum is bustling with activity as the Stormcast Eternals ready themselves for war. There’s also a heaving shelf of Black Library books, and a bulging box of Christmas goodies.

Battletome: Stormcast Eternals

The Mortal Realms are in turmoil, and the Stormcast Eternals cannot rest. In this dire time, Sigmar has opened the Ruination Chamber, drawing upon veteran warriors afflicted by the soul-scouring effects of immortality. Battletome: Stormcast Eternals documents the history and current actions of the Stormcast Eternals in the Age of Sigmar, alongside rules, gorgeous art, and miniatures photography.

This 152-page book covers your battle traits, battle formations, heroic traits, artefacts of power, and spell, prayer, and manifestation lores, plus all 60 warscrolls for your units, faction terrain, and Manifestations. It also contains rules for the Vigilant Brotherhood Spearhead, two Armies of Renown, two Regiments of Renown, plus the Anvil of Apotheosis to craft your own heroes for Path to Glory campaigns.

Battletome: Stormcast Eternals – Gamer’s Edition

The Gamer’s Edition contains everything listed above in a smaller format for use at events. It includes 77 Warscroll Cards with all of your army rules – including the Vigilant Brotherhood Spearhead, Regiments of Renown, and Armies of Renown. It is only available while stocks last.

Iridan the Witness

The curse of immortality comes for all Stormcast Eternals in the end, multiple Reforgings eroding personality and memory. Iridan the Witness couldn’t stand to watch their closest allies succumb to this fate and set off in search of an answer. The death god Morrda gave them what they sought – the ability to release comrades from torment through voluntary execution. Now Iridan rides the Morrgryph Ariax, chronicling the heroic deeds of their allies with their eidetic memory.

This multipart plastic kit can also be assembled as a Lord-Vigilant on Morrgryph armed with a hallowed glaive.

Tornus the Redeemed

Once a champion of Ghyran, Tornus fell to Chaos in the defence of his home and became a tyrannical servant of Nurgle. His reign of terror ended at the hands of the Celestant-Prime himself after Ghal Maraz knocked the corruption right out of him. Known now as Tornus the Redeemed, he leads the Ruination Chamber into battle as a gleaming Knight-Azyros.

This new multipart plastic kit can also be assembled as a regular Knight-Azyros armed with either a sword or hallowed greatspear, each counting as a star-blessed weapon.

Lord-Celestant

Any Stormcast Eternal who has risen to the rank of Lord-Celestant is guaranteed to be both a keen strategist and a furious combatant. They can take the measure of a ferocious battle at a glance – and they're more than capable of leaping into melee. This multipart plastic kit has a variety of options to customise your own Lord-Celestant.

Lord-Relictor

The Lord-Relictors are the spiritual guides to the Stormcast Eternals they join in battle, and powerful priests who invoke Sigmar’s wrath when necessary. Reforged in new Mortis armour, a variant of the sleeker thunderstrike gear, the Lord-Relictor has access to the Prayers of the Stormhosts, blessing, healing, and translocating allies.

Lord-Terminos

When a Stormcast Eternal of the Ruination Chamber is too far gone, they may petition the Lord-Terminos for release from the endless cycle of Reforging. These ominous figures act as wardens to their comrades in battle, but are also eminently capable of lopping off the heads of their foes. This kit has the option of either an executioner's axe or sword, and helmed or bare heads, and it is joined by a Memorian.

Reclusians

With winnowed souls that make them nearly impervious to Chaos corruption and powerful sorceries, the Reclusians are the primary warriors of the Ruination Chamber. They shrug off fell energies, as their attendant Memorians keep them tethered to the moment. This is a multipart version of the kit first seen in Skaventide, whose rune-blessed weapons take the form of axes and maces.

Stormstrike Palladors

The Warrior chambers are the primary fighting force of the Stormcast Eternals, and Stormstrike Palladors are the latest additions to their ranks. Heavier than the Palladors of the Vanguard Chamber, they wait in reserve to strike the decisive blow. This kit has everything you need to equip a unit of three as a Champion, Musician, and Standard Bearer, as well as the blades and lances to reinforce a larger unit.

Liberators

Liberators are steadfast, claiming crucial objectives and defending them from hordes of enemies. Equipped with new thunderstrike armour, these updated miniatures can be equipped with warhammers and shields, or twin warhammers, with one in every five wielding a grandhammer. These were first released in the Skaventide boxed set, and are now available separately for the first time.

Prosecutors

Prosecutors are swift harbingers that hurl stormcall javelins with unerring accuracy before plunging into combat to finish off their foes. After decades of service, most now belong to the Ruination Chamber. These were first released in the Skaventide boxed set, and are now available separately for the first time.

Lord-Imperatant and Knight-Arcanum

The Lord-Imperatant is a proficient commander who holds authority over multiple chambers within a Stormhost and directs his troops much like a warrior wields weapons. Few in the Mortal Realms can profess to master manifestations like the Knight-Arcanum, a wizard with powers expanded by Hyshian gemstones. Both of these miniatures were previously available in Dominion, and can now each be purchased separately.

Stormcoven

Three Knights Arcanum working in near-perfect unison, a Stormcoven combines the magical talents of its members to galvanise their allies, devastate their enemies with power magics, and demonstrate their mastery of celestial sorcery. They were originally a unique warband found in Warhammer: Underworlds, but have now been repackaged as an unnamed unit.

Stormreach Portal

The Stormcast Eternals use the interconnected network of Star Bridges to travel across the realms. When ranging far and wide on gruelling campaigns, they may construct a Stormreach Portal to help reinforce their frontline, as the portal creates a two way passage to the Star Bridges, and thus, Azyr.

Stormcast Eternals Warscroll Cards and Dice Set

Cap off your collection with a set of 66 reference cards that cover all 60 Stormcast Eternals warscrolls in Battletome: Stormcast Eternals, plus the six cards required to run the Vigilant Brotherhood force in games of Spearhead. No need to look to the heavens and pray to Sigmar every time you roll your dice with a pack of 16 royal blue dice with white ink, featuring the Stormcast Eternals faction logo on the six face, they already mark you out as one of the faithful.

Ratling Warpblaster

Arriving slightly later than the main Skaven force (cut the ratmen pushing it some slack, it’s heavy) is the latest destructive invention of the Clans Skryre – the Ratling Warpblaster. Its six barrels spit out a torrent of warpstone-laced bullets for as long as it can fire. It first appeared in the Skaventide box set, and is now available separately.

Ravening Gnarloak

In the fertile, feral Gnarlwood, even the trees are bloodthirsty. Most of its carnivorous plants are content to snare unwary explorers, but a Ravening Gnarloak is so enamoured with the taste for flesh it has uprooted itself and now seeks to satiate its hunger. When they rest, unsuspecting skirmishers sometimes build platforms on them – and are shocked to be gobbled up when the thing rumbles into action.

Servo-skull Palette

Floating cranial attendants are a common sight in the grim darkness of the far future. The technology isn’t quite there yet, but we’ve got the next best thing – the Servo-skull Palette. This silicon paint palette features a bunch of paint wells to keep your colours separated as you paint, and it’s flexible so you can pop your dried paint out when you’re finished.

Stormvault Combat Case

Transport your miniatures with the new Stormvault Combat Case, which uses soft silicon bristles to absorb knocks that may damage your miniatures, while preventing blades and spikes from getting snagged. This case is twice the size of the Skirmish Case, with room for approximately 27 to 30 miniatures mounted on 32mm bases.

Anvils of the Heldenhammer: The Ancients

Knight-Incantor Tivrain Greymantle is haunted by the call of her brothers and sisters, whom Morathi-Khaine has imprisoned in Har Kuron lest they reveal the depths of her treachery when Sigmar reforges their souls. Unable to stand the injustice of their incarceration any longer, Tivrain resolves to do the unthinkable: defy Sigmar himself and liberate them. Pursued by her superiors, and with a horde of Khornate Bloodbound in her way, a deeper destiny awaits her in Anvils of the Heldenhammer: The Ancients by Dale Lucas.
