Warhammer World is the home of Bugman’s Bar, the exhibition centre, and the events hall, and we’ve got some exciting news for the latter in the form of a trio of forthcoming events.
We’re gearing up for the Warhammer World 25th anniversary on the 5th and 6th of March.* Tickets are now sold out, but anyone lucky enough to have one will enjoy plenty of Warhammer-themed activities.
If you follow our favourite Hollywood superstar and visit Warhammer World at any other time before the 8th of May, you’ll be able to see the incredible Cathedrum of the Martyr Resplendent diorama. Can the Adepta Sororitas hold off the Word Bearers’ assault, or will the shrine be defiled?
There are also big events coming to the events hall in the form of Warhammer Underworlds, Kill Team, and Warhammer 40,000 tournaments.
Grab your favourite warband, whether it’s the pirate ogor and his menagerie in Blackpowder’s Buccaneers or… whatever that is… in the Exiled Dead, and prove yourself the champion of Harrowdeep. This one-day Warhammer Underworlds event will test your skills against some top tacticians.
Select your operatives and send them deep behind enemy lines in a day of futuristic skirmish action. Can you outmanoeuvre your opponents and prove your kill team to be the best?
Team up with a friend for the Warhammer 40,000 doubles weekend. You’ll pool resources and fight side by side for honour, glory, and the spoils of war – bonds of friendship will be forged, but can you emerge victorious?
Tickets for these three events will be on sale on the 7th of March at 7pm (BST).
There are also two events specially designed for younger hobbyists coming up. Prove yourself worthy of Sigmar in the Chamber Initiates event for Warhammer Age of Sigmar.
Or rule the galaxy in the Legion Recruits event for Warhammer 40,000, which features games, painting clinics, a scavenger hunt, and a quiz.
Both events are in conjunction with our Battle Honours programme, where new hobbyists can learn all about the worlds of Warhammer.
While there are many worlds of Warhammer, there is only one Warhammer World – sign up for the Warhammer World newsletter to keep up to date with the latest from the home of the hobby.
* If you’re celebrating an anniversary, birthday, or anything else, grab a Warhammer-themed card from Moonpig.
