This is the first official tournament using the new Balance Dataslate for Warhammer 40,000, which means we’re expecting new takes on popular armies with the new points, restrictions, and buffs in place.
Attendees will as ever be able to pick up exclusive Warhammer merch! Standard ticket holders receive a pack including event-exclusive objective markers, mission cards, and faction dice, and those who grabbed a Premium package also get a Citadel Figure case, an event t-shirt, a selection of Warhammer video games, and more.
The Warhammer Age of Sigmar tournament starts on Saturday, so if you want to join in the fun, there’s still a chance to make your mark by turning up on the day.
If you can’t make it to Austin, or you’re just here to watch the carnage unfold, check out the live coverage hosted by our expert commentators – and Metawatch regulars – Paul Murphy and Nick Nanavati. They’ll be providing viewers with three whole days of analysis, meta discussion, and searing-hot opinions on the state of play. It’s nearly as good as being right there on the floor.
Keep an eye on the Warhammer Community website over the coming weeks as we break it all down with post-tournament coverage – especially off the back of the Warhammer 40,000 Balance Dataslate.
