For those without the power of foresight, we have a packed show full of reveals from your favourite Black Library authors.

The live show is now over, but if you want to relive today’s reveals as they happened, you can watch the stream again below or click through to the Warhammer Twitch channel.

There’s a lot to see today and some great video messages from the authors to watch, so let’s get to it.

Morvenn Vahl: Spear of Faith

Morvenn Vahl is the Abbess Sanctorum of the Adepta Sororitas, a High Lord of Terra, and an all-round hard case, who made an explosive entrance into the 41st Millennium two years ago – and she is now starring in her own standalone novel courtesy of Jude Reid. We caught up with the author herself to talk us through Morvenn Vahl: Spear of Faith.

Vahl strikes out to the cardinal world of Ophelia VII to save it from the vicious warlord Kol Rakhul – also known as the Death of Saints – and her novel is coming first in a jaw-dropping Mega Edition release packed with exclusive extras.

The Art of the Horus Heresy

Fans of classic Warhammer art rejoice – The Art of the Horus Heresy is coming soon to join Warhammer 40,000 and Warhammer Age of Sigmar. This new entry in the Warhammer art book series compiles over 100 illustrations into the greatest single collection of Horus Heresy art ever assembled.

The Ghosts of Barak-Minoz

The duardin adventurer Drekki Flynt barely got away with his beard still attached after his last adventure, and now Guy Haley is here to tell us all about his new novel releasing at next year’s Black Library Celebration – The Ghosts of Barak-Minoz.

When one of his old crew presumed dead is found unexpectedly intact, Drekki soon sets course for an even grander caper in The Arkanaut’s Oath. You see, Evtorr might seem none the worse for wear, but he’s certainly now stark-raving mad – and his babbling about the fabled Dead Air might just lead the Aelsling’s crew to the lost sky-city of Barak-Minoz.

Drekki is sure he’ll find untold aether-gold riches ripe for the taking, but shadowy figures from Ulgu seem intent on silencing Evtorr’s ravings, and there’s the small problem of a legendarily deadly maelstrom to navigate on the way. Could this be the end for the daring swashbuckler at last?

Ahriman: Undying

Throughout his travels the sorcerer lord of the Thousand Sons has been searching for a way to restore his cursed Legion. Ahriman may just have found his chance in Ahriman: Undying, the fifth novel in the eponymous series, and author John French is here to give us the low-down.

Ahriman has finally got his hands on the Necron device known as the Key of Infinity, but his moment of triumph is solitary – spurned by his allies amid the ruins of his grand ambitions. But he will not give up, and he must tackle the ghosts of his past if he’s ever to find salvation in his future.

Ahriman: Undying will be available first in a fantastic Special Edition with a regal leather-effect cover and a foil-embossed silhouette of the sorcerer himself. This edition also includes the short story The Players of Fate and a black ribbon bookmark, as an extra treat.

A regular hardback edition is also on the way, so you can complete your Ahriman collection with the latest high-stakes adventure.

Lazarus: Enmity’s Edge

The Master of the Fifth Company honours an old debt and aids the Knight world of Reis at the behest of Supreme Grand Master Azrael, as the powers of the warp set their sights on its people. Reis is less than keen to be saved, for its Knights are long gone and political strife has descended on the world.

Amid these inner and outer conflicts an ancient evil is stirring, and soon the Dark Angels will know what it truly means to be defined by their oaths.

Renegades: Lord of Excess

A new novel joins the Renegades series that began in Harrowmaster, this time joining a warband of the Emperor’s Children as they chafe against their existence as petty raiders.

In Lord of Excess by Rich McCormick, the violent and hedonistic warlord Xantine, leader of the Adored, finally has a chance to prove himself a true son of Fulgrim when his reavers come across a world rich with valuable rejuvenat treatments and cut off from the Imperium by roiling warp storms.

But these are the forces of Chaos we’re talking about, and cracks within Xantine’s supposedly perfect rule begin to show as the Emperor’s Children launch their attack. The warlord wants more, and a festering rot at the heart of his command is just waiting to break free.

The Infinite and The Divine – Special Edition

The seminal tale of an aeons-long rivalry between two legendary Necrons returns in a new Special Edition release. The Infinite and the Divine by Robert Rath pits Trazyn the Infinite against Orikan the Diviner in a pan-millennial race to claim an artefact that may hold the key to the Necrons’ next evolution, leaving entire worlds wrecked in their obsessive wake.

In the closing days of the Horus Heresy, Eidolon: The Auric Hammer finds the notorious warrior far from his Primarch’s grace, carving a determined path towards Terra where the final confrontation between Loyalist and Traitor awaits. First he’ll have to find his way off Tatricala – a haunted world dogged by the ghosts of his past – as the wiles of a warp-spawned entity coax him ever closer to their clutches.

Faced with whispered truths that stretch the limits of even Eidolon’s prodigious cruelty, the Lord Commander Primus must plant his feet and decide once and for all what kind of life he wants to lead, and just how much of his own soul he’s willing to sacrifice for true perfection.

The Dead Kingdom

Being an immortal Soulblight vampire is a tough gig, and doubly so for Cado Ezechiar – the once-king whose kingdom was burned, and who carries the scars of its loss for eternity. His hunt for the Chaos cult responsible continues in The Dead Kingdom by John French, and we’ve got a special message from the author.

This is the second full-length novel in the series began by The Hollow King, and The Dead Kingdom raises the stakes as Cado’s travels take him to Lethis – capital of the Realm of Death – and an unwanted allegiance with Neferata, the Mortarch of Blood.

BLPreview Books Dec9 Image12

Now beholden to the Mortarch by ancient debts, Cado is dispatched to Calyx for a showdown with Mannfred von Carstein that will force him to make the difficult choice between the residents of Calyx and the Queen of Blood herself.

The Hollow King – Special Edition

Speaking of The Hollow King, Cado’s debut Black Library novel is coming back in a Special Edition to celebrate the release of its sequel.

Ufthak Blackhawk and Da Big Dakka

And finally, the hero of Brutal Kunnin’ returns for more mayhem and skull-cracking in Da Big Dakka by Mike Brooks, and that’s not all he’s bringing along – Ufthak Blackhawk is a big deal now, and so it’s only natural he gets his own miniature too.
