Black Library Bundle Giveaway Terms:
The Promoter
1.1 The Promoter is Games Workshop Limited of Willow Road, Lenton, Nottingham, NG7 2WS, UK, +44 (0)115 914 0000 (“GW”).
1.2 Games Workshop Limited Australian Business Number: 27 207 794 257.
Eligibility
2.1 You must be 18 years of age or older to enter the competition.
2.2 The competition is open to residents worldwide, excluding Italy, Russia, Belarus, Turkey, Ireland, Taiwan, Albania, Serbia and China. This competition is void where prohibited by law.
2.3 Entries from trade accounts or employees of any of the Games Workshop group of companies, their families, agents or any other person connected with the administration of the competition will not be considered.
The Competition
3.1 NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS PRIZE DRAW.
3.2 Entry is free and open to all those who meet GW’s eligibility requirements and who satisfy the requirements detailed below.
3.3 Three (3) winners will be drawn from the Prize Draw. Each winner will receive one (1) Black Library books and miniatures prize bundle (see section 6 for details)
How to Enter
4.1 There are two routes of entry into the prize draw. You may only enter via one route. Each route has the same chance of winning.
Entry Route 1:
4.1.1 Be a subscriber of Warhammer+ by close of the promotion period at 23:59 (UK Time) on 28th February 2025 (“Qualification Time”). Existing subscribers will be entered into the competition automatically. New subscribers will also be added to the competition automatically at the Qualification Time. Subscriptions cancelled before the Qualification Time will not be eligible to win;

Entry Route 2: Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)
4.1.3 Have an active MyWarhammer account. Sign up for free at: https://mywarhammer.com/
4.1.4 Email your request to enter to GW at competitions@gwplc.com, with the subject line ‘Warhammer+ Black Library bundle Competition’ and including your full name and location (state/region and country) in the main body of your email. The email address you use must match your active MyWarhammer account email address. No purchase is necessary for this AMOE.
4.1.5 Entries must be received by GW between 00:01 (UK Time) on 5th February 2025 and 23:59 (UK Time) on 28th February 2025 inclusive (the “Entry Period”) in order to be counted. Entries received outside of the Entry Period will not be considered.
4.2. One entry only per person. An entrant may only enter through one of the entry routes above. Entrants identified as having submitted multiple entries in contravention of these Terms and Conditions will be disqualified.
4.3 GW is not responsible for any technical difficulties rendering a person unable to enter the competition.
4.4 If a name is drawn which belongs to a resident of Canada or Belgium, they must correctly answer a skill- testing question in order to win a prize, in accordance with Canadian and Belgian laws.
5. The Prize Draw
5.1 All entrants will be entered into one prize draw.
5.2 The prize draw will all take place at Games Workshop, Willow Road, Nottingham NG7 2WS at 10 a.m. (UK Time) on 4th March 2025. The draw will be made by computerised random selection. The chance of winning depends upon the number of entrants.

6.3 You will not be able to request the books in any language other than English and you will not be able to request the books in any format other than physical.
6.4 The approximate retail value of the prize pool is £3,127/$4073 USD/$6385 AUS/€3861 EUR. This value excludes delivery and sales tax, where applicable.
6.5 Prizes are not transferable or negotiable and no cash alternatives will be offered. Prizes cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
6.6 Entrants are responsible for any applicable taxes and compliance with tax laws in the area of receipt the prize.
7. Notification
7.1 The winners will be contacted within three (3) UK working days of their name being drawn.
7.2 Winners who entered via Entry Route 1 will be contacted by email via the email address used to set up their Warhammer+ subscription.
7.3 Winners who entered via Entry Route 2 will be contacted via the email address they used to submit their entry.
7.4 Winners must claim their prize by responding to GW’s email and must provide their delivery address. If any prize has not been claimed by the end of 23:59 (UK Time) 7th April 2025 then a redraw will be held for the remaining prize(s).
7.5 Winners who do not respond to GW’s messages relating to claiming, delivery or other administration of the prize, within one (1) month of GW’s message, will forfeit the prize and a redraw will be held to select a new winner.
8. Redraw Process
8.1 A redraw, if applicable, will take place at Games Workshop, Willow Road, Nottingham NG7 2WS at 10 a.m. (UK Time) on 8th April 2025. The redraw will be made by computerised random selection.
8.2 The winner(s) of the redraw will be notified as stipulated under clauses 7.1, 7.2 and 7.3. The winner(s) of the redraw must claim their prize before 23:59 (UK Time) 9th May 2025. If any remaining prizes have not been claimed by this date, then the opportunity to win these prizes will be lost and the prize draw will be finished.
8.3 Winners who do not respond to GW’s messages relating to claiming, delivery or other administration of the prize, within one (1) month of GW’s message, will forfeit the prize and any opportunity to win these prizes will be lost and the prize draw will be finished.
9. Publication
9.1 Entrants agree that GW can use their name and place of residence (in the format of initial-surname- state/region-country, e.g. J Bloggs from Nottingham, England) for advertising and promotional purposes and for the purposes of fulfilling legal obligations. Some territories require that GW disclose the names of competition winners on request. If you do not wish your name and/or place of residence to be published or made available, or you wish to reduce the amount of information published or made available, please inform GW at the time you submit your entry.
9.2 Entrants from Australia will be displayed as last name, first initial and postcode (e.g. J Bloggs from NG7 2WS) in accordance with Australian law.
9.3 Clause 9.1 will not apply to entrants from Germany. Specific consent will be sought from entrants from Germany to display this information, and the information will only be displayed publicly where the express consent has been provided by the Entrant. When you submit your entry, you can choose to provide your express consent for GW to publish your information in line with clause 9.1.
9.4 Details of the winners will be published on https://www.warhammer-community.com once identified.
9.5 Details of the winners of any redraw under clause 8, if applicable, will be published on https://www.warhammer-community.com once identified.
10. General
10.1 GW reserves the right to vary any of these Terms and Conditions without notice, to the extent permissible by applicable laws. In such event GW will make reasonable efforts to communicate any change with entrants.
10.2 These rules are governed by the laws of England and any dispute relating to the promotion will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. Entry indicates acceptance of the rules as final and legally binding.
10.3 This Prize Draw is subject to applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
10.4 If any provision or part-provision of these Terms is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed deleted, but that shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of this agreement.
10.5 Where the Promotion involves a third party website, please check that website’s own terms and conditions and privacy notice.
11. Social Media Platforms
11.1 In accordance with requirements of third party social media platforms, the entrants agree to fully release and hold harmless from liability the third party social media platform operators (including but not limited to META (Facebook), X (formerly Twitter) and Instagram) in relation to this GW promotion.
11.2 Promotions on social media are subject to the social media site’s rules. If an entrant breaks any applicable rules set by social media sites then that entrant’s entry into the Promotion will be void.
11.3 This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Meta or any other social media platform provider.
12. Data Protection
12.1 Any personal data provided to us in connection with this competition will be held and processed in accordance with our Privacy Notice. We may also use that data for administration of, and communication in connection with, this competition. By submitting your personal information in connection with this competition you acknowledge the processing of your personal data as set out above and you confirm that the information is accurate and complete.
13. Customer Disclosure – US
13.1 No Purchase of any kind is necessary to enter or win this Prize Draw. You have not yet won. Purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Grand Prize: A Black Library books and miniatures prize bundle (see section 6). There are 3 (three) prize bundles available in the Prize Draw. Total prize pool (ARV)$ 4,073 USD. 7. Notification
7.1 Les gagnants sont contactés dans les trois (3) jours ouvrables britanniques suivant le tirage au sort de leur nom.
7.2 Les gagnants qui se sont inscrits via le Mode de participation 1 sont contactés par e-mail à l'adresse électronique utilisée pour configurer leur abonnement à Warhammer+.
7.3 Les gagnants qui se sont inscrits via le Mode de participation 2 sont contactés par l'intermédiaire de l'adresse électronique utilisée pour soumettre leur participation.
7.4 Les gagnants doivent réclamer leur prix en répondant à l'e-mail de GW et doivent fournir leur adresse de livraison. Si un prix n'a pas été réclamé avant le 7 avril 2025 à 23h59 (heure britannique), un nouveau tirage au sort est organisé pour le(s) prix restant(s).
7.5 Les gagnants qui ne répondent pas aux messages de GW concernant la demande, la livraison ou toute autre administration du prix, dans un délai d'un (1) mois à compter du message de GW, perdent le prix et un nouveau tirage au sort est organisé pour sélectionner un nouveau gagnant.
8. Processus de nouveau tirage au sort
8.1 Le nouveau tirage au sort, le cas échéant, a lieu à Games Workshop, Willow Road, Nottingham NG7 2WS le 8 avril 2025 à 10 heures (heure britannique). Le nouveau tirage au sort est effectué par voie de sélection aléatoire informatisée.
8.2 Le(s) gagnant(s) du nouveau tirage au sort est/sont notifié(s) comme stipulé dans les clauses 7.1, 7.2 et 7.3. Le(s) gagnant(s) du nouveau tirage au sort doit/doivent réclamer son/leur prix avant le 9 Mai 2025 à 23h59 (heure britannique). 7. Notificación

7.1 Vinderne bliver kontaktet inden for 3 arbejdsdage efter at deres navn er blevet udtrukket.
7.2 Vindere som deltog via mulighed 1 bliver kontaktet via e-mail på den e-mailadresse de brugte ved oprettelsen af deres Warhammer+-abonnement.
7.3 Vindere som deltog via mulighed 2 bliver kontaktet via e-mail på den e-mailadresse de brugte ved tilmeldingen.
7.4 Vinderne skal gøre krav på præmien ved at besvare GW's e-mail og oplyse leveringsadressen. Hvis der ikke er gjort krav på en præmie inden kl. 23.59 (UK-tid) den 7. april 2025, foretages der en ny lodtrækning om de(n) resterende præmie(r).

8.2 Vinderen/vinderne af den nye lodtrækning får besked som anført i pkt. 7.1, 7.2 og 7.3. Vinderne af den nye lodtrækning skal gøre krav på præmien inden kl. 23.59 (UK-tid) den 9. maj 2025. Hvis der ikke er gjort krav på de resterende præmier inden denne dato, vil muligheden for at vinde disse præmier gå tabt og lodtrækningen afsluttes.
8.3 Vindere, som ikke svarer på GW's beskeder vedrørende gevinster, levering eller anden håndtering af præmien i løbet af en måned efter GW's besked, mister retten til præmien og enhver mulighed for at vinde disse præmier går tabt, og lodtrækningen anses for afsluttet.
9. Offentliggørelse
9.1 Deltagerne accepterer at GW må bruge oplysninger om deres navn og bopæl (i formatet initial-efternavn- område-land, f.eks. J Bloggs fra Nottingham, England) til reklame- og salgsfremmende formål og med henblik på at opfylde juridiske forpligtelser. Visse lande kræver, at GW oplyser navnene på vinderne ved anmodning derom. Hvis du ikke ønsker at dit navn og/eller din bopæl offentliggøres eller oplyses, eller hvis du ønsker at begrænse den mængde af oplysninger som offentliggøres eller oplyses, bedes du informere GW derom når du tilmelder dig.
9.2 Deltagere fra Australien vil blive vist som efternavn, initial fra fornavnet og postnummer (f.eks. J Bloggs fra NG7 2WS) i overensstemmelse med australsk lovgivning.
9.3 Pkt. 9.1 gælder ikke for deltagere fra Tyskland. Der vil blive indhentet udtrykkeligt samtykke fra deltagere fra Tyskland til at vise disse oplysninger, og oplysningerne vil kun blive vist offentligt, hvis deltageren har givet sit udtrykkelige samtykke. 10. Generelt
10.1 GW forbeholder sig ret til at ændre disse vilkår og betingelser uden varsel, i det omfang det er tilladt i henhold til gældende lovgivning. I dette tilfælde vil GW gøre en rimelig indsats for at kommunikere ændringerne til deltagerne.
10.2 Disse regler er underlagt lovgivningen i England, og enhver tvist i forbindelse med konkurrencen vil være underlagt de engelske domstoles eksklusive værneting. Deltagelse udgør en accept af reglerne som værende endelige og juridisk bindende.
10.3 Denne konkurrence er underlagt gældende love og regler og er ugyldig de steder, hvor en sådan konkurrence er forbudt.
10.4 Hvis en bestemmelse eller delbestemmelse i disse vilkår er eller bliver ugyldig, ulovlig eller ikke kan håndhæves, skal den anses for at være udgået, men det påvirker ikke gyldigheden og håndhævelsen af den resterende del af denne aftale.

11. Sociale medier
11.1 I overensstemmelse med kravene fra tredjeparts sociale medieplatforme accepterer deltagerne at friholde operatører af tredjeparts sociale medieplatforme (herunder, men ikke begrænset til, META (Facebook), X (tidligere Twitter) og Instagram) for ansvar i forbindelse med denne GW-konkurrence.
11.2 Kampagner på sociale medier er underlagt det sociale medies regler. Hvis en deltager overtræder de gældende regler som er fastsat af de sociale medier, annulleres deltagerens deltagelse i konkurrencen.
11.3 Konkurrencen er på ingen måde sponsoreret, godkendt, administreret af eller forbundet med Meta eller nogen anden leverandør af sociale medieplatforme.

12.1 Alle personoplysninger, som vi modtager i forbindelse med denne konkurrence, opbevares og behandles i overensstemmelse med vores databeskyttelseserklæring. Vi kan også bruge disse oplysninger til administration af og kommunikation i forbindelse med konkurrencen.
