LVO Preview 2025 – A blind Bray-Shaman grants a glimpse of the future of the Old World

All across the Old World, the Beastmen Brayherds furtively lurk in the darkest forests. Twisted by Chaos, they are wild, crude creatures who desire nothing less than the complete destruction of everything beautiful or civilised.

They are not without their own traditions, however, and when Morghur the Shadowgave prophesied the birth of a blind Beastman who would help plunge the world into darkness, they took care to set aside a mewling newborn that would grow up into Kralmaw, the Prophet of Ruin.

Prodigiously skilled in manipulating the Winds of Magic to his will, Kralmaw was revered even among the Bray Shamans. He earned this epithet for the visions that the Chaos Gods sent him, divining the future with unerring accuracy, and marshalled the Brayherds against the forces of Athel Loren.

He was not present when the Wood Elves killed Morghur, but he received a simultaneous vision of death and rebirth within some shrouded woodland clearing, and now Kralmaw stalks the land seeking the infant that will one day rise to become the Shadowgave once more.

This cloven clairvoyant knows the future of the Old World, and has presented us a glimpse.

There are plenty of other reveals from the Las Vegas Open, which can be found at the preview hub.
