Necromunda is teeming with countless billions, mostly toiling away in the factories and foundries that fulfill the planetary tithes and provide weapons for the Imperial war machine. But it’s not all hymns and hard work – you can easily turn a dark, metallic corner and bump into a brute lugging a fresh carcass, cross paths with a splendid procession of clergy, or perhaps even catch a glimpse of a tall, muscular giant with an extremely big gun…
All that is to say the cast of ne’er-do-wells, rogues, and varmints is expanding once again with the arrival of the Whisper Merchant and Psychoteric Thrall.

There is no end of tall tales circulating the underhive, but to access to the premium whoppers – those struck through with slivers of truth – you need to visit the Hall of Lies. Whisper Merchants are professional rumour-mongers who know better than most how to sift through swirling stacks of scuttlebutt.
On the flipside are the Psychoteric Thralls, unique individuals who are indelibly connected to the Psycoterica – the ancient xenos who reside deep below the surface of Necromunda. Cursed to wander in a dreamlike state, these put-upon strays are sometimes rounded up by underhive gangs – and particularly the Delaque. It’s not an easy life for a Thrall, as they are useful conduits for psychic energy fired off in a gang war.

The Whisper Merchant and Psychoteric Thrall are made from Forge World resin and come in the same pack. There are rules in the box, but a mysterious xenos fish instructed its retainers to inform their agents to disseminate a rumour that their rules are also available in Necromunda: House of Shadow.
