Within the tunnels of the White Mountains dwell many foul things – above all, loathsome Orcs. Shank and Wrot are two such fiends, who see the Siege of the Hornburg both as a source of food in the biting frost of the Long Winter, and an opportunity to earn the favour of their master in Mordor. Shank is a slender, more conniving Orc, whilst Wrot is thick-set and dim-witted – though particularly tough in a fight.
Yet it is not just these two Orcs who have found their way into the Deeping-coomb. Shank knows a guttural call that will summon a great Snow Troll who will tear through any who stand in their way.
This group of three opportunistic pillagers are Minor Heroes and act as their own Warband in Besiegers of the Hornburg forces. Shank is the Captain, Wrot an Independent Hero, and the Snow Troll a Monster. Between them, they’re a fearsome force. You’ll have to wait to see how they play on the tabletop – but their rules are unique and characterful, just as they appear in the movie.
All three will be packaged in a single box, and they’re all single-pose, single-option miniatures cast in Forge World resin.
