The big news for Warhammer+ is the trailer for the second series of Blacktalon, which you can watch and read about here. But that’s far from all that’s out this week: tune in to watch three new episodes of regularly scheduled programming – perfect to while away an evening of hobbying with.
On Battle Report our three presenters have roped in a fourth soul to take part in a doubles battle themed around the endless Great Game. The endless push and pull between the four Chaos Gods* is an eternal cycle of war and strife that none of the quarrelsome quartet could never truly win alone… but what if they were to team up?

Slaanesh and Tzeentch have put their differences aside to combine sorcery and scintillating speed, while Khorne and Nurgle pair brawn with bursting buboes in an alliance of convenience. Each duo hopes their temporary truce will help them get one over their most hated nemeses – if only for a brief moment.**
On Da Mekboyz Workshop, the team behind the miniatures, terrain pieces, and battlefields you see on Battle Report give us a behind the scenes look at how they built the kustom vehicles and hazards for last month’s Destrukshun Derby. Discover how they tackled the board and gave it an Orky feel by reclaiming previous projects, and how they made a plethora of upgrades for the vehicles.

And on Scribes and Scriveners, Alex is having a chat with Nick Kyme, best known for his detailed series of novels and short stories about the Salamanders chapter. Nick has also written for the sons of Vulkan in the Horus Heresy, turned his hand to outright horror in Sepulturum, and contributed to the sprawling epic that is the Dawn of Fire series with The Iron Kingdom – a fitting person to interview ahead of the upcoming Black Library Celebration!

You can watch all of these as part of your Warhammer+ subscription, which also grants access to the whole back catalogue of Warhammer TV shows, and a choice of one of two unique miniatures. Signing up also secures you an entry into the ongoing Black Library Celebration competition. Terms and conditions apply.
