Saturday Pre-orders – Chaos above, Underworlds below

Chaos abounds as the mortal(ish) followers of Archaon the Everchosen march from the Eightpoints, freshly fit for conquest and slaughter. The Mortal Realms tremble at their approach – right down to the underworlds, where warbands scurry to seize the riches of lost Embergard.

Battletome: Slaves to Darkness

There is no greater guide to the ways of the Everchosen than the new Battletome: Slaves to Darkness – an all-encompassing tome that features loads of background lore, beautiful miniatures, stunning artwork, and the rules you need to lead your marauders on the battlefield. Customise your army with new and updated Battle Traits, Battle Formations, Heroic Traits, Artefacts of Power, and Spell and Manifestation Lores, then take them on the Path to Glory led by a custom hero created with new Anvil of Apotheosis rules.

Battletome: Slaves to Darkness (Gamer’s Edition)

If you find yourself constantly leafing through your rules and wish you had a smaller book to slip into your pocket, look no further. The Gamer’s Edition battletome is a smaller, softback version which contains everything from the larger volume in a convenient size for the tabletop.

It also comes with an expanded set of Warscroll cards that cover everything – Battle Traits, Battle Formations, Heroic Traits, Artefacts of Power, plus Spell, Prayer, and Manifestation Lores, and all of your units. There’s even a small sleeve in the back cover to store them!

Chaos Sorcerer Lord

Magic is commonplace among the forces of Chaos, but Sorcerer Lords are the cream of the crop when it comes to exploiting its power. Some command forces so magnificent that they are granted prophetic visions of the future, and manipulate events across the Mortal Realms to maintain their favour with the Dark Powers.

This multipart plastic miniature contains multiple head options and different accessories for the Sorcerer Lord’s staff.

Abraxia, Spear of the Everchosen

Among the Eight Circles of Archaon’s elite Varanguard, one name reigns supreme as the premier powerhouse and the Everchosen’s right hand: Abraxia. Her meteoric rise to power from lowly warrior to feared warlord was earned with the edge of a blade, and now the Spear of the Everchosen sets her sights on Sigmar’s domain.

This incredibly detailed plastic miniature comes with options for a helmeted or unhelmeted head, with Abraxia herself mounted on the vicious steed Thanatorg and carrying the legendary varanite spear Gorbolga the Accurs’d.

Spearhead: Darkoath Raiders

Swarm across lands ripe for plunder and slay your foes for the glory of the Chaos Gods with the new Spearhead: Darkoath Raiders boxed set. This brutal warband of 10 Darkoath Savagers, 10 Darkoath Marauders and five Darkoath Fellriders is led by a ferocious Darkoath Warqueen, and is both a fast and fun force in games of Spearhead as well as a great starting point for a larger Darkoath collection.

Slaves to Darkness Warscroll Cards

Need to quickly dip into your rules and reference your warscolls in a flash? This new pack of 57 Slaves to Darkness warscroll cards cuts all that page-flipping time in half, with durable quick reference cards for all of the warscrolls found in Codex: Slaves to Darkness – including those from the new Legion of the First Prince Army of Renown.

Slaves to Darkness Dice Set

Roll knucklebones blessed by the Gods of Chaos themselves (maybe) with a new set of Slaves to Darkness dice, which includes 16 black plastic dice with white pips and the eight-pointed star of Chaos on the six face.

The Jaws of Itzl

Guide a lost Seraphon warband through the treacherous caves under Embergard with the Jaws of Itzl, a trio of powerful Saurus warriors accompanied by some little jungle friends. Their shaky link with the Slann Starmaster commanding them means orders sometimes fail to materialise, and their predatory instincts take over in a flurry of violence and slashing claws.

Grandfather’s Gardeners

Nurgle is pulling out all the stops to field the most grotesque warband yet, and he may have done it with Grandfather’s Guardians. Four plaguebearers and a daemon-fly summon the power of decay and assault foes at a slow but purposeful plod, shifting their skills with the ebb and flow of the season to reap ever-better rewards from the notoriously fickle Gods of Chaos.

Reckless Fury & Wrack and Ruin Rivals Decks

Expand your Warhammer: Underworlds experience with new and exciting Rivals decks, allowing you to adopt brand new skills for your warbands at the drop of a hat. Each deck is ready to play and functions with every warband in the game – Reckless Fury adopts a Strike archetype with plenty of damage-dealing and oppressive tactics, while the Wrack and Ruin deck is a cerebral test of your trap-laying skills as you lure victims into a deadly cavern and draw power from their inevitable demise.

Heroes and Hunters

Return classic Warhammer: Underworlds warbands to the battlefield with this new Order-themed package containing four full sets of troops and warscroll cards for them all. Thundrik’s Profiteers, Hexbane's Hunters, Myari’s Purifiers, and Ylthari’s Guardians are all present and correct with updated stats for the new changes to Warhammer: Underworlds.

Despoilers and Daemons

Sick of being nice? Trample the Mortal Realms beneath your feet with this four-pack of deadly warbands, from the brutal mortal champions of Khagra’s Ravagers to the sinister Ephilim’s Pandaemonium. Each set also comes with its own warscroll cards.

Revenants of the Realms

The forces of Death rise from the underworlds to claim all that is Nagash’s by right in this chilling quartet, featuring a diverse mixture of play styles from Kainan’s Reapers, The Grymwatch, The Crimson Court, and The Headsmen’s Curse – and all of their warscroll cards.

Brutes and Bandits

Finally, the brute hordes of Grand Alliance Destruction get in on the action with four of their own vicious warbands – Grinkrak’s Looncourt, Morgok’s Krushas, Blackpowder’s Buccaneers and Da Kunnin’ Krew. Like the other sets, each one also comes with all of their own fighter and warscroll cards.

Warbands of Embergard

If you already have a number of these Warhammer Underworlds warbands and just need an updated set of rules to play them in the new edition, the Warbands of Embergard card pack contains fighter and warscroll cards for all 16. These contain all of the same rules content as those found in the boxed sets above, but differ visually with extra photography of each warband on the back of their warscroll cards.

Morvenn Vahl: Spear of Faith by Jude Reid is available to pre-order now in German-language paperback and eBook formats.

Oaths of Damnation (French Edition)

To battle the twisted forces of Chaos, the Exorcists dabble with some truly dark powers by allowing daemons to possess them, so they may banish them and make their tattered souls resistant to daemons. When this process fails, the result is the Broken Ones: living prisons for the entities expelled from their brethren. The chapter guards this secret closely, and when one of the Broken Ones somehow escapes, Daggan Zaidu and the Hexbreakers must hunt them down before the truth is revealed to the wider Imperium.

Oaths of Damnation by Robbie MacNiven is available to pre-order now in French-language paperback and eBook editions.

Horus Heresy Collection XIV (French Edition)

Finally, Garro by James Swallow charts the complete saga of the legendary Death Guard captain as he breaks away from his Legion’s betrayal and plays a pivotal role in the Imperium’s survival during the Siege of Terra.

Collection XIV is available to pre-order now in French-language hardback and eBook editions.
