Warhammer TV this week – How the new edition of Kill Team was designed

It’s that time of the week again – we’ve got Monday and Tuesday out of the way and we’re well on our way to the weekend. What better way to celebrate than a sit down with a nice drink and this week’s Warhammer TV shows?

The new edition of Kill Team heralded a hot drop of Tempestus Aquilons into a combat zone just swarming with Vespid Stingwings, but these new miniatures were only part of the story. The rules received a comprehensive tightening and refresh, and this week on How We Roll our host Josh talks to Warhammer Studio designer Elliot on how they took a popular game and delivered on the promise of an update, while navigating all of the different challenges presented to them.

Speaking of challenges, this week brings the third episode of Scrap Demon, the show which tasks contestants with building something from a pile of sprues and presenting it before our judges. We’ve had budding necromancers and keen mekboyz so far, and today we’re paying host to a troupe of Chaos Lords who’ll be creating their very own Chaos monstrosities. Who will catch the eyes of the Dark Pantheon of judges? You’ll just have to watch and find out.

Finally, Loremasters braves the eerily quiet Pariah Nexus to chat all things related to the Nephilim Anomaly, including how the Necrons created it, what they’re doing there, and who else is fighting for control of this area of space wholly cut off from the Immaterium.

Watch all of these as part of your Warhammer+ subscription, which also grants access to the whole back catalogue of Warhammer TV shows, and a choice of one of two unique miniatures. Signing up also secures you an entry into the Black Library Celebration competition, which we detailed last week. Terms and conditions apply.
