Morvenn Vahl: Spear of Faith is a new tale from the pen of Jude Reid starring the High Lord of Terra and Abbess Sanctorum of the Adepta Sororitas.
This action-packed novel is getting a Mega Edition packed with a plethora of extras for the most pious Sisters of Battle fans. This amazing collector's item will be coming to pre-order soon, and we’ve got the scoop on all of its fantastic contents.
It comes in a presentation case with a magnetic lid, decorated with intricate design work. Inside this case, you’ll find all of the extras and, of course, the book itself!
It’s a hardback copy presented in a velvet-effect cloth cover, with an intricate embroidered design on the front cover, and gold foil details on the back cover and spine. A red ribbon marker is included to help you keep your place, and there’s a full-cover print of the regular cover art tip-in inside. This copy is uniquely numbered, with a signature and an afterword by author Jude Reid.
The collection also contains a 56-page cloth-bound volume called The Book of Saints. This text is the work of a Sister from the Order of the Quill tasked with immortalising the deeds of the Imperial Saints for all time. There are six gorgeous art prints taken from The Book of Saints, full-colour illuminations of those worthy of the title Saint.
This isn’t the only Sisters of Battle goodness coming from Black Library later this year. Celestian Sacresant Aveline is starring in Daemonbreaker, the next novel by Jude Reid, and will be commemorated with a breathtaking new miniature.
