Warhammer 40,000 Metawatch – Looking Ahead to the Dallas Open

The Dallas Open kicks off tonight – a cornucopia of competitive Warhammer at which we’ll see the debut of the new edition of Warhammer Age of Sigmar.

It’s also the setting for one of the biggest Warhammer 40,000 tournaments in the world. And with several golden tickets to the World Championships of Warhammer in November up for grabs at the top tables, it’s shaping up to be one of the most hard-fought too.

Warhammer Community recently caught up with Josh from the Warhammer Studio to discuss the state of the meta on the eve of the tournament.

There’s all to play for in Dallas this weekend – new Codexes are in the mix for both Orks and the T’au Empire, and no doubt there are further surprises to come. Next week Metawatch returns to the Mortal Realms, with a retrospective on the current, third edition and a look ahead to what’s coming in the fourth.
