It’s the week before Christmas – and there are no pre-orders this Saturday. However, there is one set of very special Warhammer Quest products available on a Made to Order basis right now…
Warhammer Quest: Cursed City – Night Wars and Nemesis Made to Order
It’s good news for anyone with a burning hatred of the undead and a desire to purge the streets of Ulfenkarn – both expansions for Warhammer Quest: Cursed City are coming back for a limited time.
Nightwars and Nemesis both sold out much faster than expected – and this is your chance to get all the rules and cards you need to return to the dimly-lit streets of Ulfenkarn. You’ll face off against a trio of vampiric usurpers in Nightwars, then vanquish the city’s nocturnal masters once and for all in Nemesis.
Both expansions will be available from the Games Workshop webstore in English-language versions only, from the 17th of December until 8am GMT on the 27th of December. They are being produced on a Made to Order basis, so there’s no limit on the number that can be made – but they may take up to 180 days to dispatch.
You’ll need the core Warhammer Quest: Cursed City box to use these expansions, and playing through Nemesis also requires claiming victory in Nightwars. No miniatures are included, but your new vampiric foes can be represented with models from from the Soulblight Gravelords range. The new quests are modular, so you can buy each villainous new boss in turn as you decide to end their reign of terror. Here’s everything you might need…
The Vampire Lord represents Carmilla Du Sang, who joins Lady Annika, the Thristing Blade, Kritza, the Rat Prince, a colony of Fell Bats, and Radukar the Beast in Nightwars.
And to take down the patriarch of the Vyrkos dynasty in Nemesis, you’ll need Radukar the Beast, a Wight King, a Necromancer, and a unit each of Grave Guard, Vargheists and Dire Wolves.
The two expansions are on sale now – snap them up before they disappear on the 27th of December.
That’s everything for this week – be sure to keep checking in with Warhammer Community over the next few weeks for reveals, news on upcoming releases, and some festive surprises. It’s not too late to get a Warhammer gift for your loved ones this Christmas – Warhammer stores are still open all around the world.
The UK online shipping deadline is tomorrow, so if you’re quick there are plenty of goodies to be ordered – including this year’s fantastic Christmas miniature, the Goff Rocker.
Have a very Merry Christmas!
